He quickly realised that his team’s skill sets where transferrable into the commercial environment, commercial service doesn’t mean substandard service. He concluded that certain commercial businesses wanted a higher standard of service in line with residential services but with the necessary training, procedures and insurances to back this up. Aaron set about creating a commercial service provider side of the business cross pollinating his work force and skill sets from the residential market. It has been a success!
